This workshop will explain why a shift in leadership mindset is needed in today’s changing market. Participants will learn how to combine advanced digital skills with a human-centered approach. The session will also define human-centered leadership for a transforming workforce and new ways of working.

Digitalization Strategy

Participants will create a strategic change map outlining their current state, desired future state, and the steps needed for successful transformation. The workshop will provide a step-by-step process for executing change for leaders participating in the digital leadership development program. Participants will complete an organizational benchmark assessment and review a case study of a company that has successfully managed digital transformation, considering perspectives from executive leadership, employees, and customers.

Digital Journey

This program prepares leaders for digital transformation by clarifying the digitalization roadmap and identifying critical success factors. It provides a process-oriented foundation to help participants stay focused on strategic objectives and key operational needs. The process starts with developing a vision for a digitized environment, considering its impact on leadership, the current business model, and future strategy.

This collaborative program will cover implementation strategies, including agile methodologies and approaches to fostering a culture that encourages digital innovation. Leaders will learn about the importance of data analytics, cybersecurity, and data-driven decision-making.
